I've been this workshop for last 5yr with brand new car however every single time the price is increase. Service was not completed all the time ,eventually I got problem this Christmas holiday I reported 3 times which is I could feel shaking when I drive wherever flat or up hills. He said it happen to all the car which is SUV. But yesterday my car was shaking a lot and stop on the road. Fortunately I could get service from NRMA Road assist ,they said need to change 'Spark Plugs' . Now I waiting towing truck and go to some other car mechanic workshop because Ryde Lee is on holidays without any holiday notice . Hope your guys not happen to you ,better to find some other workshop who is not ignore your opinion and experience.

I would not recommend using this mechanical workshop. The parts used are not genuine. No customer service, can't be trusted and no respect towards females. My car was damaged while in their care. They overcharged me for the work and didn't complete the job requested. The whole process had to go to department of fair trading and then to the tribunal to have the job completed correctly. It was an absolute nightmare. I have never experienced such bad treatment from a workshop.
