Savoia Hotel

Good local country pub. Been going there for over 20 years. Great fire in winter. Good pub grub. Pool tables. Get in the country swing and have a chat to Merv who can tell you about all the best spots to visit in town. Wedgy I rarely find the staff "grumpy". It is a local pub so people will be there to catch up with their friends rather than make them - but that doesn't mean they aren't friendly.

I've been a regular customer at the Savoia Hotel for a few years now. I love the food and the friendly local atmosphere. Its warm and cosy in winter, with it's lovely fireplace, and in summer the outdoor courtyard is lovely. My favourite dishes are the delicious (and super filling!) lamb shanks and the amazing duck salad! Great place to have a game of pool and play some tunes on the juke box. Love ya Sav, keep it up! :)

What a great pub! A warm blazing open fire to welcome us, everyone in our group loved the meals, the salmon i had was delicious, friendly staff, it was a very relaxing night a great way to finish off our day, will definitely be back!!

Got to love it when you get to chow down on tasty lamb shanks followed by sticky date for desert, Impressed with the food, I will be back for more.
