For years now I have been a regular at Scanlan and Theordore often buying several pieces each season. However I have found since moving to Sydney and frequenting the Oxford Street store, the service is often cold and pretentious. Definitely the service you don't want when you are about to buy an expensive pair of shoes or jacket.
