I had a confirmed booking with Scooter Angels that had been in place for 3 weeks. I emailed during the day to confirm booking. On the night, at the venue, with my car stuck in a carpark and after several wines - a very unsympathetic representative of this company called me to tell me they couldn't honour my booking. Very angry and disappointed. left us in a very difficult situation and ruined our night.
