I had an appointment and was waiting 35 mins without an update of why I hadn’t been seen yet. I tried to talk to reception to cancel my appointment as I had to be somewhere else but they were too busy so I simply had to leave. This place is too busy and doesn’t communicate to patients.
My Doctor is amazing but there are a few in this clinic that give you no time and just quickly push you out the door.. which Is surprising considering my wait time is usally 45 minutes to 1 hour on average.. even when you call 10mins beforehand and they say they are running on time!
I have been a patient here for over 20 years. The comments about the rude front desk staff are pretty accurate for that whole time. I have often wondered if the doctors actually knew what it was like to be a patient there! However - I go to see a doctor - and choose to ignore the behaviour of the front office! Generally - if I have made an appointment it runs not too far behind - and if not - then I at least know I will get to see SOMEONE because there are a number of doctors on duty.
It would be lovely if the reception staff could lift their game though. It costs nothing to be polite and kind.

Was given so much attitude when I mistakenly asked to make an appointment on a public holiday.
I also recently made an appointment to get a booster vaccination shot and was told I only need to see the nurse then upon arrival was told I need to see a doctor first! Then had to wait over an hour! The whole process took nearly 2 hours due to front desk having no idea what they were doing.
