Absolutely shocking accommodation...after arriving at the address on a Friday night we had no access to the house (3hr wait) because the keys had been forgottten to be left out. When we finally received the keys they were to the wrong unit that we had booked. To make matters worse the accomadtion had a rat or possum problem that could be smelt all day/night. After all this we had been told that payment via bank transfer wouldn't be accepted...cash was the only payment!
Not a very nice place like the photos show! And management stinks like the house....not recommended
I asked for privacy on our weekend away and was booked into a unit which was separated only by a thin, unlocked door to the next unit. The photos on the website are taken in a way to hide this inconvenience also. I only wish I would have been told Id be staying so close to someone else as I live almost as close to my neighbours in Melbourne and otherwise would not have booked this place for the price.
Our call regarding checking out one night early due to this hassle to us has not been returned until late morning the next day and wasn't quite as perceptive as it should have been.
