On Wednesday 14th February 2024 somebody used my card fraudulently to purchased a $100 Gift Certificate so I called them on Friday 23rd February 2024 and I spoke to a manager to explain with had happened but he refused to help me and he was extremely rude and abusive to me so I would definitely avoid this place. On Monday 26th February 2024 I lodged a payment dispute with my financial institution against them. On Wednesday 27th March 2024 the dispute was closed in my favour so I got to keep the credit of $101.00. On Thursday 4th April 2024 I called them and I spoke to a supervisor who cancelled the Gift Certificate after I explained that I thought I paid by Credit Card for the booking on Friday 1st March 2024 because I told her I made an honest mistake. I will be using Alba Hot Springs in the future because the manager there is helpful and he listens to me when I try and explain things also I have heard it is a more positive and pleasant experience.
I went there with Ashley on Sunday afternoon and we both had the same thing to eat but it was extremely nice of the lady to offer both our Pizzas for $10 each and offer to that every time I come with my carer. Also we had a Fronte Non-Alcoholic Wine to drink and a Chocolate Ripple Cake for Dessert also we went for a swim in the Pools but it was hard to see since it was very dark.
