Seven South

Fantastic and busy place for a weekend bite to eat. Have enjoyed quite a few breakfasts here when on the southside of Brisbane. An incredibly delicious Pork belly, kimchi cakes, poached eggs, chilli caramel& fried shallots. This made us very happy! Along with Confit mushrooms, pesto, salted ricotta, scrambled eggs and sourdough. Lots of options with just what we like - a twist on what everyone else seems to be doing. This place offers a twist and then some! Great work guys!

Saw my friend recommending braised squid at seven south and came here to try. omG! So delicious! One of the best dishes gotta try!

Visited for a birthday breakfast last weekend and loved the place. Great service and delicious meals. They have the classics but have added some interesting alternatives (hash cakes, lemon thyme ricotta hot cakes etc). I'd highly recommend trying Seven South

Love this place, I went here Monday morning for breakfast with a girlfriend, it was early, just as they opened so it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very pleasant, we both ordered double shots in our flat white/latte... because... Monday, which were served to us with perfect coffee art on top. My friend had the big potato cakes dish which she loved but couldn't finish and I had my usual of scrambled eggs on sourdough. The finer details are what made it lovely, a light scraping of butter across the sourdough and a generous side of delicious tomato relish. In love <3
