Made two claims, this review is re: Motor Vehicle department. The claim was lodged on a Monday and by Thursday they have nearly completed my claim. I have been kept informed with everything and questions I may have had answered thoroughly. The only negative I have to say is that your'e always on hold for 10+ min if calling their normal lines.
