On entering the premises I noticed Doctor Patel talking to another patient. Her receptionist then started taking down my personal details. On initial questioning at the front desk, I explained that I was suffering from severe stomach pains, possibly stemming from a stomach ulceration that had been diagnosed some years ago. Still standing at the reception desk, Ms. Patel told me that there are medical centres closer to my (then new) address and that she would not examine me, also since she was about to go on holidays. I subsequently went to another local surgery where I was diagnised with a duodenal ulcer. I felt so strongly about this so called doctor that I lodged an official complaint with the NSW Health Commission. Even half a star is a too high a rating for this so called 'doctor'.
