Called the salon to make an appointment to redeem my special 50th birthday voucher my sister bought me for $150 to be told the salon was under new ownership and my voucher had expired so she couldn't help me. Frustrating when I am local and a business owner myself. I will never go to to this salon again or gift a voucher to anyone!! Rip off!!
I had the pleasure of attending Sheer Bliss at Caloundra this weekend (Saturday 28th June) with my two girlfriends for a massage each. It's our holiday ritual to go treat ourselves and we were most impressed with the beautifully adorned, divine smelling salon and the two lovely ladies who took care of us and fitted us in with very late notice. The ladies were very warm and friendly, accommodating and professional and made us feel most welcome and relaxed. They went above and beyond to fuss over us and we left feeling very pampered and spoiled. The little touches like the amazing smelling hand towels and tropical juice on arrival, and chocolates upon completion were very sweet as well. We really loved this Salon and can't wait to visit the Sunshine coast and come back again. Best massage of my life. Thank you so much!

I've been going to Sheer Bliss Day Spa now for 5 years to get my Shellac nails done. The team are fantastic, the Spa is stunning, very professional and i wouldn't consider going anywhere else, i get 3 wks out of my polish even though its only supposed yo last 2 wks. Jayne Bennet. Little Mountain
disappointing shelliac polish, when it was originally applied I was told it would last at least 2 mths, I returned in under a week to have 2 nails fixed, the following week returned to have another 3 fixed. I asked to have the polish replaced & was told I would have to pay for it, it has now been nearly 4 weeks and I have nail polish on 1 nail & no use going back it would be the 4th time........very unprofessional. don't wast your time or money
Our website, Price brochures, and display posters in the Manicure Lounge clearly state that Shellac is a 14 day wear nail polish. All staff members have undertaken a shellac application training course with CND the manufacture of Shellac and have a certificate for this trainng. No way would a polish last 2 months. We repaired the damaged nails on 2 occasions free of charge even though it was past the 14 day wear. We are very accomodating and professional. Our shellac poster "14 day nail polish" is directly opposite the manicure table and a client could not miss seeing or reading this..Why would a Therapist tell a client that a polish would last 2 months, when they have a certificate and adiquate training to prove otherwise. I am the owner of Sheer Bliss Beauty Day Spas. Kindest regards
