I booked a return transfer to the airport with the front desk. On the day of my departure I found out they booked me on the wrong bus. I was horrified and upset. Their guest experiences manager Matthew turned my awful experience into a wonderful one. He got a car, and sourced a baby seat and personally drove us to Cairns.
I can't express my gratitude and will remember this amazing gesture for many years to come.
Breakfast is such a treat as the buffet is loaded with goodies. An egg station, fresh fruit, smoked salmon, sausages, lamb chops, and a fresh juice bar!
This resort is beautiful and a beautiful place to relax, the only decision you have to make really is which pool will you choose to swim in!
We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Port Douglas. We stayed here a couple of years ago and are going back with the family over the coming school holidays. The lagoon is amazing, they offer activities for children, and the restaurants are first class, you really must experience this!
Luxury, luxury and more luxury. You could spend your whole time in Port Douglas within this amazing resort. And for the price of the rooms, you may well want to. Worth every cent though. The lagoon pools were beautiful and the location on Four Mile Beach just sensational. Meals were divine as was the service.
