We didn't know anyone in the business but we are so pleased that we chose Slate Design. Slate design have left my partner and I very unsatisfied! Terrible finishing product the concrete is inconsistent with the finish and very messy. They also forgot to put plastic down so now a few weeks in and cracks are showing up everywhere. They are also very expensive. AVOID!!! I would not with their work upon anyone.
It is unfortunate that the customer chose the action of leaving a negative comment instead of contacting us directly soon after the work was completed. We take great pride in being professional and are a reputable business operating for over 20 years.
We have since been in contact with this customer.
