Office lady has disgusting customer service. She is very poorly dressed with her stomach hanging out, and has a rude mouth on her. Luckily the car was in getting a small scratch repaired under inaurance. They charged over 2 grand, only would've cost them at most 500 to fix. Very dodgy would avoid

Terrible service. Our near new car had to be taken to another repairer after we picked it up from them. Wasted money and time. Never again.

I had the rear of my Toyota Echo repaired in May 2011. The service & communication was fantastic. I would receive a phone call almost daily updating me on the progress. The workmanship was superb - it is five months on & everything works fine, no leaks & still looks a million bucks.
