MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS MEDIOCRE AT ITS BEST! THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS POOR AND SO IS THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF ASSEMBLY OF MODERN CARS. PAINT FINISH WAS PEPPERED WITH SILICONE CONTANIMATION!
BOTH DAVIDS ARE VERY RUDE TO DEAL WITH AND AVOID DEALING WITH ISSUES BY BEING AGGRESSIVE!

I am very happy with this repair store, was recommended from Suzuki sale store as I was new to Geelong city. Drop my, paid $50 for the free loan car to bring the $3000 excess fees to $500 if there's any incident with the loan car,but no more payment for anything else! Great service from beginning till the end, they even polished the car when pick up, great job! Feels like driving a brand new car now, I'm a happy customer, thanks David(the store manager)!

We took our car into the Geelong Smash Masters panel beaters and we found them to be very helpful and we were happy with their service and price. Any problems with the insurance company they took care of and we would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks guys

I have to admit these guys gave me the best service I have ever experienced, they treated me like I was a very important person, I went a long way to get my Audi fixed up and it turned out to be the best experience I have had with a repair job.
