Your maintenance department is sadly lacking. I waited 6 months for a bathroom sink to be replaced. I waited 9 days for a hot water system to be replaced when it should have taken 48 hours. When contractor replaced system he disconnected my air conditioner but failed to reconnect it. I have been waiting in my house since Thursday to no avail. I get phone calls telling me a "Liam ". Will be here in an hour but said person has not appeared. Thursday was hot and my elderly dogs were sick. I have asthma and need evaporate cooling. It is now Saturday and will be hot today and tomorrow. I pay my rent so I expect a decent service which I am not getting.
