I brought a motorcycle bag in for a strap repair and modification. Was told it is no problem and will be ready soon. A week later I was called to collect.
They were rude and told me for bringing in the bag "I'm not a bag repairer... shouldn't have wasted my time on it... not worth the time spent on it..." bla bla bla.
They're right, they should have refused rather than "having a go.." at it. They did NOT do job as agreed, only the minimum (no modifications as requested) and because they did a "rush" job on it to get it done (after a week?) the straps are too tight with shabby over-stitching.
This business is NOT one I'd recommend. I have a house that needs awnings for a pergola plus other stuff, but definitely will not consider them considering them.
Be alert local tradesmen, many like me give small jobs as a test of your performance prior to offering bigger more lucrative jobs.
