I'm so happy with my new shed, the team has been so helpful from the start to the finish.
We wanted something simple and practical, well we ended up with a shed that complements our house as it has eaves and matching windows. The overall qualitiy of the shed exceeded our expections, we love it.

I could not be more unhappy with this company. I had a shelter built over a caravan and was away when the shelter was built.
I had paid an extra $1000 for insulation but discovered when I got home, 5 months later, they had "forgotten" to install it.
Complaints of untidiness, broken plants, articles thrown into tropical garden as they were in their way, fell on deaf ears.
Twice was told a date that they would install in, once SCS didn't even know that the tradies hadn't shown up, until I called to see what had happened.
There has been no final inspection (or follow up phone call) after insulation had been installed.
Appalling lack of communication between SCS and tradies, unreturned phone calls, didn't turn up for appointments and did their best to ignore me.
Not interested once received payment.
Full of excuses and promises.
General blame of missed insulation went to the tradies, no responsibility taken by SCS.

We have been very happy with Southern Cross Sheds Kulangoor. Ricky and the crew went the extra distance to make things happen and to make sure we were happy with the results as the build progressed. Their builder also went the extra changing cosmetic details that he was not satisfied with. The crew also chased up things that were not strictly in their quote to streamline the process. We found the recommended trades to be efficient and competetive.

Worst experience with a shed company everrrr and we have had a few sheds and carports built over the years. Just keep away from them. Be warned.

We have contracted this company 'Southern Cross Sheds' to build a 12 metre by 12 metre shed and warn buyers to be careful as we have experienced serious problems with the build quality as well as huge delays and extra poor communications. Please be aware that what you see on their web site and what they say may be different to what you get. Another important consideration is the subcontractors they use seem to vary considerably regarding the build quality. Of course you will only find positive reviews on their web site. We would encourage any potential buyers to give them a big miss.
