Got hung up and told he was "too busy to talk he had a customer in front of him." He didn't offer to put me on hold or to call back. I was calling to find out if he had found the solution and to double check how much money I should bring for payment. I was then charged $90 over what I was quoted.

I wanted to get a new screen for my (cracked) phone. We were told by a lady behind the counter that it would be about $150 total and would take an hour or so to fix. So we paid a $50 deposit for the screen and were told the screen would arrive the next day. The next day we went back in and they told us that there had been issues with the freight and it wouldn’t arrive until the day after. The day after we went back in and were told that the screen had arrived but some emergencies had occurred and they would not be able to fix our phone until the following week. We do not live locally, so three weeks later when we were back in Nambour we dropped off the phone to get it fixed, and were told to pick it up in the afternoon at 3pm. We spent 4 hours in nambour waiting, but when we went back to the shop at 3:30pm we were again told to come back the next day because of several “emergencies”.
