So glad someone else gave some honest feedback in last review. I had poorest experience with service here I can recall. I found I got no communication around repair times, progress of repair etc. My Holden was with them for over a month before being fixed. I don't know a lot about cars but my mechanic informs me the quality of repair workmanship was the worst he has seen.

Like in the previous response all our work is fully guaranteed, so if you are unhappy with anything at all, or even just have some feedback on how we can improve our service please give us a call, this way we can better serve customers in the future.
As for the workmanship, this is something we take great pride in, so if something has slipped through the cracks we need to know about it, so we can prevent it from happening again.

Poor customer service, no communication or regard for client. They took 7 weeks to do a simple repair of a common car with no explanation. Standard of repair very poor.

I had my car repaired by this business this week and the service was outstanding. It was done in 2 days, they kept me informed of progress, they were friendly and professional, there were no hassles and when I went to pick up my car the repairs were perfect and they had cleaned it - inside and out - very impressed!!
