I purchased a gift session for my wife here and chose a treatment listed on the website. When we went to pay and book the staff did not have a clue and had never heard of the treatment. They couldn't find it so we showed them, their own webpage with the treatment on it. They did not even have any brochures anywhere. Later the staff rang to change the time of the appointment as they had not realised that two therapists were required. They rang again a few days later to confirm a 'manicure & pedicure' (wrong), and my wife corrected them, again specifying and naming the original treatment. When my wife finally attended she was ushered in to the treatment room which eventually turned out to be-you guessed it- a manicure & pedicure, which incidentally was more expensive.
