I had my dog booked with clear instructions on a full clip, a trim of ears/tail, my partner attended as I was working, when my dog was returned, the job was very shabby, with a slap dash clip, uneven clipping (tufts of hair coming off toes) His face hair left on, also the price is unreal, I normally pay $50, and the quality of the job is not as good as my regular groomer who clips between his toes which they've not done. They charged me $65 for the pleasure!! Also his coat is still quite long which will require another clip within 8 weeks. I called the business to try to come to an agreement - they were very rude, and basically gave me no solution to rectify my dissatisfaction - avoid these people, they have no pride in their work whatsoever.
This is not a correct account of the grooming of her dog. Her Partner came with the dog and the instructions were given to us by her partner which were followed to the letter. Her dog was a medium sized dog, with a very overgrown coat, and the price was charged accordingly, her partner was advised upfront of the cost, before the dog was groomed and he agreed to the cost. The face hair was trimmed to the correct length according to the trim asked for by her partner. When this person phoned to complain about the clip she advised that she had sent written instructions with her partner and the dog. We did not receive any written instructions!! We offered 2 different solutions, which she said no to, but she would not tell us what she wanted. This miscommunication about what clip to do was not our fault. We can only do what we are told to do at the time of the dogs appointment. Her dog was happy and friendly, which is not what I can say for this person's manner on the phone!
