Can I say that your staff could do with a little more patience? Allison, the optometrist I met at my first appointment here last week seemed rushed from the moment I walked in the door. She was not the least bit approachable and sounded snappy when I tried exploring contact lens options with her. She just handed me a trial pack and wanted me out the door. She was the very least bit interested in answering any questions and accused me of not knowing my own prescription when its not really my area of expertise to decipher what the different numbers on the script stand for! Definitely not going back there.

I have heard so many positive things said about the staff at Specsavers on Creek St in Brisbane CBD that when I had a problem with my eyesight I made an appointment to see them. Well everything that had been said was true the staff are excellent and give a marvellous service and are so polite. I had the test and was told I need glasses for reading, I feel much better now as I had been worrying that it was something much worse that that. They do a really good eye exam and took some photo's of the back of my eyes which was above and beyond any sight test I had experienced before. Their range of glasses and assistance to pick the perfect frame for my face shape & colouring was excellent.
