We took our car last time to Stanley's body works and what a disaster. We had to take our car back 3 times because they only fixed the outside of the car and not the inside of the boot. This time we went to Spot On Panels, they gave us a free courtesy vehicle, the service was 10/10 and the work done on our car was excellent. Highly recommended!!!
really bad customer service. I got a hire car from them, and got a fine from Marybyrnong City council. The problem is I didn't know that. Spot on Panels nominated the fine to me with an incorrect name and no notification at all. That why I didn't open the mail until I received the 4th mail with the same incorrect name. I decided to open all mails and they are all for me. The original fine was only $87, and about $100 more of late payment. I came to Spot on Panels to ask them if the car is belong to them. I asked them why they didn't let me know about the fine when they did the nomination, the person there answered me that they don't have to do so as that is my problem, not theirs, and I have to sort out my problem, they don't care.
I would not recommend anyone to come here.
