Star Car Wash

was a regular customer with minor hiccups here nad there, but last visit will be the last. Booked vehicle in for the premium plus paid $25 extra for dog hair. On pickup, inside of vehicle was still dirty and money left in consol was gone.
Called to complain, no offer to replace the money or to investigate, just said that they do not put new employees on the inside of the vehicles ..... what the .....

Another victim of a scratched car after a wash by them. Along with many fine scratches,most likely caused by dirty rags, I had a major rip (about 10cms) in the bonnet paintwork that went straight through the clear and base coats. Looks like they dragged a metal bucket or something across it. They are very careless, be warned.

From far away the car looked shiny. However once I got up close it was clear the clean that was done was minimal. It was still covered in remnants of bird poo. For a $55 clean I would expect the muck to be removed. When I questioned why it wasn't, the attendant told me it was because I had not paid for the more expensive polish option and walked away. I don't accept that. I've had better exterior results from a drive through car wash. The inside was well cleaned. But I won't be going back and wouldn't recommend it. Big thumbs down from me.

The Woden store damaged my vehicle, paid $95 for a "Premium" wash and wax, left several deep scratches in the clear coat of my ute on the bonnet and tauno. My use is a show ute and was in perfect condition before I handed it over. They have used dirty sponges with grit or sand and applied too much pressure. They tried to tell me it was a dog or cat, of which I have none and then said I'd put bags on my vehicle. Seriously i have more respect for my vehicle than this and very protective over anyone who goes near it. They show no respect for my precious vehicle and took no responsibility, BEWARE THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF NO LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY!

Paid $55 for a premium wash and clearly the staff used dirty cloths to clean the inside of the car. When I picked it up the interior smelt like old damp towels. I ended up having to clean again inside and found a layer of black gunk when I wiped down the interior again. My car smells terrible! I hope I can get it out.
