I am sharing my disgraceful experience with dealing with Statewide Drive Shaft after purchasing a reconditioned power steering pump for my nissan with a 12 month warranty.
It was sold to me and states on the invoice that a 12 month warranty applies with unlimited KM warranty.

Worst experience ever. Simply a business man who is after money and does not pay attention to what his customers needs are. Sent him two different parts to take a look at and let me know what was wrong with them. Instead of contacting me and letting me know, he just rebuilt the components without permission then put his hand out for money.
Totally unethical business practice.
Very upset to see Shaun Hogan of Rapid Tune Moorabbin to write such a review. Customer sent Nissan 300ZX to Rapid Tune Moorabbin due to: 2 out of 10 times the steering of the totally lose power assistant. Shaun was quoted from us at $350+ for the power steering rack to be reconditioned. We checked the power steering rack step by step. All job takes 3 hrs including delivery. When the rack were sent back to of Rapid Tune, Shaun complained there was some oil alongside and asked us to check again and also want a better price. We brought the rack back and check again, nothing was wrong. As Shaun requested, we friendly reduced price and changed invoice for $316+gst We sent the rack back, no payment was received. A week later we sent driver to pick up the payment Shaun changed the story He said the problem was not on the rack and refused to make a payment.
