I visited clinic for my 8 month baby with fever on sat. This is the first time visit. I got surgery consultation, level B, which cost $80, but got $37.05 rebated from medicare straight away. I thought no cost for baby 's treatment at all. I just wonder it is correct payment or not. Anyone knows well about baby's hospital payment with medicare?

I just got the call from hospital. First visit to hospital should be charged for the paperwork and then it will be free of charge for the baby. Thanks for kind call from hospital. Excellent service!!!

Let me first start by saying how lovely the staff were. However, the rest of my experience wasnt. Firstly they were running half an hour late, which I dont understand how as our appointment was at 8:30am.. nevermind, no biggie. We went in to see our doctor (3 of us for travel vaccines), and he was incredibly slow, especially on the computer. We were going to the same places, yet he went through each one by one asking the exact same questions, getting the exact same replies. I had to correct him 3 times that no i wasnt going to Argentina, I was ging to Ecuador. Im not sure why he couldnt print out the same injections for us. Noting that there were 3 of us, our time spent in the actual consultation could have easily be halved. We then brought our ticket with what we needed to reception to pay. I noted on mine that he had given me Polio, which i did not need, and I had told him that when we were in the consultation multiple times, and he had left off a hepatitis booster ...read more

Receptionists were delightful upon arrival! I rang up last minute as a new patient, they happily squeezed me in. Saw a lovely doctor who I hope to continue seeing. I felt like he asked me every question possible, not just the basic and routine questions like other doctors have in the past.
I never felt rushed, always at ease. Then when i finished with the doc, i saw the ladies at the front who were very polite and friendly!
I am definitely transferring mine and my family's notes over from previous practice - even though it's a bit more of a drive.
I like to note the multicultural atmosphere - was very refreshing to see a number of different ethnicities in one place!
They will also bulk bill my children until they're 15 - suits me just fine ;)

Never in my life I have been told by the doctor that I can't get some tests done because they have other patients :(. I was late in for my appointment and when I made the appointment day before I specially asked for a (cannot say the test) done and when I saw this doctor, only took some details about what my symptoms and then told me to have this test done some other day. When I requested again that I want this test done (because I desperately want to know if something is wrong) the doctor sort of raised the voice and said "yes some other time, can't do that now just do one thing at a time because I have other patients" This is not fair! I said to the doctor I needed this test done today as it's hard to take time off work and replied maybe next time when I make an appointment I should mention that I need a longer appointment.wth?!! I will never go back to this doctor. Who sounded like someone with no confidence and just wants to rush their patients. Definitely not ...read more

Maybe if you had shown up on time for your appointment you would have been given your tests. You can;t put a place down for something not entirely their fault. They are always busy for good reason.

Hi unhappy2011, I recently visited the practice and found the doctors happily listening and fulfilling all my test requests. I was perfectly on-time and so was the doctor. In my opinion, arriving late to an appointment and demanding tests isn't the way to go!! Maybe the test was a lengthy one which needed the full consultation time - but because you were late, they were unable to do so? I never walk into an appointment late (not just doctors) and expect the full time as they are professionals also and have time restrictions to abide by. If they accommodated to every single late patient, their other ON-TIME patients would be waiting hours which isn't very fair!! Maybe show up to your appointment time and they will have more time to help you!

Hi... The test I was after does not take long..i did contacted the medical centre that I was running late by 5 MIN and requested to reschedule instead... Gave them enough notice instead they told me to come in it will be all good. The doc that I saw did not see me on time had to wait for over 30min... How about that? The medical centre is great I give that and have changed to another doc and this doc is great and very helpful.

If you are ever unhappy with the service provided, please talk to the practice manager at the time. Our doctors will always do their best to ensure the best possible care for all patients.

ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The ladies at the desk were delightful and helped me get an appointment last minute. The doctor seemed like he genuinely wanted to help, asking me questions beyond my immediate health complaint to make sure I was ok and not just telling me what was wrong like other doctors have done. Its a nice and comfortable atmosphere which is rare for medical centres and plenty of parking. Very happy.
