I was here again over the weekend looking for a new luggage. I had only recently provided a review and thought needed to update, consistent with previous the customer services and the stock they had were great. It had more than most other department stores that Ive been too. There was a particular luggage I was interested in, but the thought of lagging this around the city to the carpark was just not appealing. The girl offered to contact another store in which they had this, however it just didnt make sense to head to another location and the price was equally the same. Ended up picking it up and in addition joining the loyalty card this time round, I believe that it offers $10 offer on the next purchase when you spend $50 or more and thereafter $5 discount, not a bad deal for those that may often spend here.
I love this store, offers so many different kinds of handbags, luggages, purses etc. Its not upmarket, prices are reasonable. If youre looking for a gift great place to shop as they offer all different options to select from. I recently came in here as will be travelling shortly and simply looking for a cheap luggage to pile all my things in. I have found in the past spending so much on luggages the tend to still get damage some way or another with the handling, whether the zip handle is fallen off, wheels has become loose or slight damage/mark to the material all so minor to make a claim towards. So I thought on this particular trip Ill look for something light, cheap and easy to move around and if it was to get damage wouldnt matter so much. It was hard not to miss the large 40% label they had on all their luggages. Huge discount, have placed on hold one of the hard luggages yet to come back to pick up. I found their service to be friendly and staff helpful.
