Strandbags

Terrible service; they sold us a faulty bag and then refused to swap it, they offer us service instead. The lady said to me I was being difficult, which I interpreted as meaning I was being logical. She kept talking about their shop's policy, but did not once mentioned our statutory rights as customers. Shops like these are tarnishing the image of Broadmeadows shopping centre.

Awful service. Lady was just plain rude and all I did was return a bag and my reason for returning was valid and I'm a regular customer who loves bags but I will never buy from strandbags in general.
