Have been seeing Kiara for years at streetwise. She's a fabulous hairdresser and just knows how to get my blonde right every time without damage. I can't fault their service or how I walk out and if I ever have any questions they always give me honest answers and discuss how we can achieve the result I want. I have long blonde healthy hair all thanks to Streetwise!
Beware - I requested a cool brown with highlights and walked out with grey, salt and pepper hair. They told me that it had just been over-toned it and it would wash out if I didn’t use my shampoo for a week. I did not say I was happy with it when I left because I looked like a witch.

Sweety, I'm astonished this happened. They have been anything but nefarious towards me or anyone I know who have gone there. Maybe you should give them another call, because I had something done not to my liking there once but they were quick to remedy it when I called. If they're booked they're booked. I would just call a bit later and try again. I wouldn't expect them to be able to book me in either if they were completely booked. They've got to make a living. I would just ask to have the next available appointment and maybe ask for the owner to do it. She's had lots of experience and I'm sure she would be more than happy to fix it.
