Sunshine on Mary - Royal Indian Restaurant

It was pleasant lunch time for me. I ordered chicken madras and it came with rice and nan bread. Staff was actually talking on the phone and busy but it also kept me my private time and did not interupt my own time. So that was good.
Food was so delicious too.
I think taste and flavour is No 1 in Gympie so far.!

Whilst the food was reasonable, the experience was less than satisfactory. First, the only person working was busy on some sort of social media and didn't see us waiting at the counter for quite some time. After placing our order we sat down (my mother and I) to discuss my father's condition in hospital. We were soon joined by the staff member's child who proceeded to load our table with toys and play with them across the table. The staff member was oblivious to this it seems. Don't get me wrong - I love kids. But this was so inappropriate for this environment. All in all a very uncomfortable lunch in an unprofessional environment.

Who the h*** defrosts bread on a toasted sandwich maker for a fresh sandwich and then continue to argue the point that its fresh bread. It was that stale/dry, anyone would have thought it would of been left on the bench for an hour. Discussing!
