I have been purchasing clothing from this store for years. Yesterday I purchased a dress and when the transaction was done the staff claimed it did not go through eventhough I called the bank in front of them and the cash had in fact been deducted from my account. They took my debit card details and I discovered this morning that this store have taken it upon themselves to charge me again without even consulting me. In addition, when I called the store to tell them I got rude attitude and never to set foot in that store again. My bank has also confirmed that I have infact been charged twice but as it is the weekend I can do nothing about it until next week.I am absolutely stunned.
