Hiring a skip for the first time can be a bit daunting. Here at Summit Skips we make the process as seamless as possible by assisting you with your choice and providing great customer service.

Here are some of the more common questions/answers:

How much will it cost me - this will vary on size, length of hire period, location and what is being placed in the bin.
What sizes are available: 2, 3, 4, 6 and 9 cubic meters.
How long can I keep the skip for - 4 days.
How can I pay for the skip - cash or card
When do I pay prior to or on delivery, sorry we do not take payment at pick up.
Can I have the bin placed on council land ie verge - yes if you acquire a permit form your local council
What can go in a general waste skip - general household waste, green waste, light building waste ie no bricks, tiles, concrete, rocks. (There are skips available for heavier items)
What can't go into a skip: Food waste, Liquids, Paint, Oil, Asbestos, Tyres, Mattresses, hazardous waste.
Does your skips have doors - some do: 4, 6 and 9 cubic metre skips only.
