What a nightmare of a company. Really bad service. Be vary wary of these people. They totally misdiagnosed what was wrong with my washing machine. They wasted 6 weeks of my time. I called a new service provider and my machine was fixed within 3 working days. Suncoast Appliance Services is the worst company I have come across on the Sunshine Coast. My advice..dont use them and go to someone else.
Warning. Do Not engage these people. Not only do they charge like wounded bulls they take forever to fix your appliance. This is the second time I have used these people and the last. I gave them benefit of the doubt but they just seem to get worse. They are extremely rude, don't return calls and constantly give the brush off. They had my vacuum cleaner for 6 months. Guess what....It still isn't fixed. I gave up and just went and picked it up and went somewhere else and it was fixed in 3 days. I have since spoken to many shop assistants who have told me they have heard numerous complaints about these service people. Bottom line is..don't waste your time. You have been warned!
Misdiagnosis can happen in the service industry. I wonder if they charged you for this or were you given a full refund? Service_crap, why would you wait 6 months to get a vac fixed? I don't believe they even fix vacs anymore.
