bought a pair of jeans last week, worn twice and totally stretched out of size so they now look two sizes too big. assistant in st ives shop told me this was normal and refused to refund or give me a credit even tho I said they were faulty and I wouldn't have bought them if they looked like that. my other option was to traipse to other shopping centres for another pair (or pay delivery)in the end I said just forget it. will speak to fair trading as I think this is incorrect when something is faulty.i used to be a regular sussan st ives shopper but will look elsewhere now

A conveniently located and friendly Sussan's store. Size is moderate and very well laid out. Stock a varied range of sleepwear and clothing. Good sales and helpful staff. They also sell a good range of miscellaneous items including picture frames, water jugs and juicers. These are purely for impulse purchasing... I wouldn't recommend visiting specifically for miscellaneous home wares!! You would likely be disappointed.
