Swann Electronics Group Ltd

I recently purchased a Swann CCTV camera and after a couple of months I had to send it back to be replaced which Swann did. The second replacement camera has now gone faulty still under the extended warranty, and trying to get it repaired/replaced is impossible. Their 1300 service contact number is overseas, the call centre people appear to know nothing about the product and the alleged reply from them I'm still waiting. The reply from the service centre in Melbourne is not much better they don't reply to emails either. Al I can say is ...BUYER BEWARE of Swann CCTV cameras from my experience.
