I work near this Fish and Chips shop and always enjoy their great takeaway food, especially with the recent new management. Love their fresh and tasty fish selection, as well as hamburgers and souvlakis. The premises is clean and tidy, with very nice and friendly bosses and staff. I would definitely recommend this shop to my colleagues and friends.
I have a F&C shop at the bottom of my street, and several others close by. Swordfish is a little further away, but I am happy to travel further for such good F&Cs. I mostly order the Duo Pack with is good value for money. The flake is always good, the chips are some of Melbourne's finest & really great Potato Cakes!! I love their Burger with the Lot too. Everything is fresh, and the premises are clean and inviting. Staff are very friendly, and prices are quite reasonable.
The Swordfish fish and chippery is my favorite fish and chip shop. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent.
It features a good range of fresh fish served with crisp, perfectly cooked chips and a free wedge or two of lemon thrown in.
The souvlakis are also first rate.
Be advised:- it is popular, so it's a good idea to phone your order ahead in the evening, especially.
