Sarah Wood is the principle practitioner at Synergy Myotherapy and holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Musculoskeletal Therapy. Sarah has had experience in both private practice as well as the hospital environment, working at a private hospital within Melbourne in acute orthopedic and neuroscience rehabilitation. Working within the hospital environment has given Sarah an insight into patients post operative rehabilitation journey.

Sarah has since developed a keen interest into Women's Health and has undertaken several post graduate courses to educate herself in this field.

Sarah utilises a range of techniques in her Myotherapy treatments including:

- Deep tissue massage
- Pre & Post natal, including safe exercise prescription
- Myofascial release & myofascial cupping
