A very very certain zero stars. Hired T F Foster to do renovations to our house. Ran significantly over budget, and well over time. Had to terminate (four months after the projected finish date) due to inability to provide receipts and payment claims in conformance with contract and no end in sight to getting the house finished. Subsequently refused to fix works paid for which had quality and compliance issues unless we paid them more money up front. Things like doors hung off level, different sized stairs, cracked tiling, walls not vertical, roof height on stairs too low, wiring to lights damaged by hole saw, and many plumbing problems just as a short list. Also refused to provide documents and certificates for work done requiring us to pay others to inspect and certify. Even years later finding the work like floor waste drain hooked up to sewer with no trap (smell very bad!)
