Staff as not well trained lack skills and Management are no better.
Variety of products has dropped - used to be the best go to store for everything now rarely ever go there. Poor customer service.

I have been going to this target now for a couple of years and find most of the staff rude. They have no idea of customer service and are very unwilling to help. I can not keep up with their changing returns policy (of which they have no signage on what the policy is and no mention of it even on the docket). Some staff are nice but most look unhappy and look like they don't want to be there. Very disappointing.

Since its changes, I think that the bag checking is definatley a little over the top. You get in trouble via staff if you walk in with something you have already purchased and don't show them again when you walk back in. I do like the new layout however, and you can see the difference in the checkouts now that it has been done up. Sales here for underwear are good, and always very nice quality. Makeup however here is a little overpriced.

When my two children went through the one of the checkout lines there they tried to overcharge them. Its unreasonable that we should have to go through the checkout just to make sure that our kids get charged the right amount.

The staff at this store were very helpful and honest when the other week I wanted to layby 2 George Formann grills the tag said that they were still on sale but apparently that was from the week before. They still honoured that tag though as it should have been removed therefore that had a saving of $60 for this happy shopper well done and very efficient.
