Artists are amazing but the planning isn't good. A week before appointment they called me saying they'd lost all my designs and had no recollection of what tattoo they were creating for me. Not the place to go if you want good service

Went in for a consult with a very open mind, explained I needed some input to finalise my idea. Told them the basics and was told to go away and they will come up with something for me. No planning was done but I was okay with that as they said to come in 2 weeks beforehand to check what they had come up with and express any concerns. I came in for the check and was told they didn't have it yet. Called them the next week and was told that on the day of my inking there will be a rough sketch and they will do my tattoo from that. So I had NO IDEA what they were planning for me and they basically said they are going to wing it. I was like oh hell no is anyone inking my skin without me knowing exactly what they are doing and am happy with it.

I love this place! I always feel super welcome and the staff are excellent at what they do! ive had piercings with great advice and aftercare packs included and dodgy tattoos fixed that they did a fantastic job on. The tattooists are very friendly but the most enticing thing is their creativity and that they offer lots of advice to bring your piece together perfectly :) Defs 5 stars <3
