Absolutely horrendous customer service!!! You get told one thing over the phone and then get completely different information in person!! Most of the staff are not properly trained in reading the bills. The staff say they will call you back but don't. They also flat out lie! One staff member told me they would call Telstra customer service for me, the next staff member told me they could not do that, when I was in the store I witnessed a female staff member calling on behalf of a customer. I know this as I saw the male name on the screen and over heard the conversation that the tamale staff member was having to Telstra- she actually got a $100 credit applied to his next bill. I know this as once she had finished speaking with Telstra she called the gentleman on the phone and told him about the credit! LIARS!!!!!!!!
Terrible....I had a warranty issue with my handset. I had to wait for an hour to be served, even though there were 9 staff in the store. Only 3 of the staff were serving customers. I was not served until I made a scene.
When served the attitude of the staff member was extremely unhelpful, which has now resulted in a complaint to the Ombudsman.
I will be voting with my feet and going somewhere else, I suggest you do also.
totally hopeless, rang, listen to the message about communication, waited 15 minutes and got hung up on. Tried again same result.
