Went to Telstra Midland (WA) shop to make enquires about purchasing a WIFI device.
We where advised that no sales person was available at the monment so we made an appointment and was told to come back in 1/2 an hour. Fair enough so we did some shopping and arrived back at Telstra Midland (WA) to be told we would have to wait because there are 3 poeple in front of us and to take a seat.
The only seats we could see available are the one's along the wall so we sat down in them.
A couple of minutes passed and a very rude young Telstra man came along and said, can you get out of these seats as they are mine. No please , thank you or I will get you another seat somewhere else just a move on notice. At this point we decided there was no customer service at Telstra Midland (WA) and that they have poor time management skills and one rude young man.
We will not be back to Telstra Midland (WA)
Been a customer of Telstra for 8 years and currently have a Sony Xperia handset.
I like teh phone, but a few months ago the speaker went on it which mae it impossible to make or recieve calls effectively. I took the phone to the shop and they said that I'd hav eto wait up to a week for a loan hone, they took my number and said they'd call when one was ready. After a month I organised my own loan phone (friend) and took the phone in to be fixed.
Telstra called me back a week later telling me phone had been replaced. Awesome. Went in and picked it up, didnt check it in the shop, assuming that the salespeaople would check the phone themselves. Very rude staff, customer service worst I have ever seen anywhere. They are there to make money. I know I am having a dispute with them. Other Telstra stores I have been to have great staff but seriously if this is who Telstra will hire ill more then happily go to another network. Very unsatisfied.
