We booked a 3 star spa lodge. Upon arrival we were told that the pool was drained the tennis court ruined and the other facilities of a tennis court, pool and children play area were not to be used by people staying in the 3 star lodges. This was the first we had heard of it as the website had not said that these were exclusive to certain cabins. The website says Pools, Tennis courts and children play areas. No mention of not being able to use them when staying in certain cabins. No mention of the tennis court being "broken" in fact the confirmation email i received 7 days before arrival said to bring tennis rackets and balls should we wish to use the court.

After complaining that we had been given an upgrade and we had to repack, move all of our stuff and unpack again on our own time, we were given a "so sad too bad" attitude by the person who makes the cabin bookings. After a terse phone call to the management that night, we were able to stay in our ...read more
