The Coffee Club

This is our regular place to go on a Sunday, we are that regular they know what we want... Which is great. Staff are so friendly and service is spot on. On the rare occasion we've had to wait slightly longer than normal but that's only because it's jam packed inside and out plus walking's at the till.
Normally we can be in and out within 45mins that's coffee and food, which to me is awesome.
The food is amazing and coffee is good. Even a cheeky strawberry thick shake in the summer is good, cakes are huge but delicious.
I'm never disappointed coming here.

Popped in here with my mother one morning before I had an appointment to get my nails done at Hollywood Nails as we both hadn't eaten breakfast and had an hour to kill, we each had Latte`s and shared a breakfast burrito.

Firstly, the service was pretty slow and we spent about 30 minutes of our time actually waiting for our order. I decided to shout my partner a nice breakfast for his first father's day at this restaurant. We arrived at 9.30am, were waiting for over an HOUR, and still did not receive our two extremely basic orders of bacon, eggs and toast. Appalling customer service - when we demanded our money back, they tried to make us wait for THAT, offered a half-hearted apology and didn't even try to redeem themselves with a free coffee or something to compensate us for such a disappointing experience. I will never ever go to that place again, I also have friends in the area and will recommend they give it a miss too. By the time we got a refund and left, it was too late to even hit a Mcdonalds to get something for my man for father's day. Overall the worst experience I have EVER had in a restaurant and so infuriating that they ruined what was meant to be a celebration for us.
