They say life is all about balance, and that is the ethos behind the menu at The Crux & Co. Buttery house made croissants, pastries and sweet dishes are balanced out by Korean influenced savoury flavours. Our pastry cabinet filled with flaky pastries, tarts and cakes that will make any sweet tooth weak at the knees, our menu reveals another dimension of delectable delights. The crux of the matter is what to try first!
We are a 110 seat café and patisserie located on the ground floor of The Emerald Apartment on Albert Road. Whether you are looking for a bite for breakfast, a reward after walking The Tan, or a brunch with friends, The Crux & Co have all the answers.

The Crux & Co is a modern and inviting decorated cafe. The staff were very attentive and were friendly. As soon as we sat down, they asked to take our drinks orders. The food fresh and tasty. They also specialise in cakes and desserts. For dessert we finished off with their macarons. It was fresh, light and soft. One thing to be mindful is that it can get extremely popular and busy, so recommend booking or getting there early to avoid long waits. Although the wait was long, food came out quite quickly.
