The Daffodil Shop

I love opportunity shops, always nice to browse through and see what they have. For many people I find they may not like the sense of items been second hand or not know where theyve come from, but for me I always seem to find some nice little treasure in these stores. We were here for a short holiday few weeks ago and it was simply nice to pop in to see what different stock they may have in the Queensland state area. Unfortunately on this occasion there wasnt anything, however I found all the things nicely displayed, labelled and price. The shop actually attracted quite a lot of people which was nice to see. The lovely women both standing behind the counter were friendly and chatting away to the people who came in to donate their belonging. Nice, lovely little shop based along Palm Beach.

The Daffodil Shop on the Gold Coast Hwy, Palm Beach is a neat little op shop run by sweet friendly volunteers. Their clothing is clean, washed & organized well throughout the shop. They sell clothing, shoes, kitchenware, manchester, jewelery, books, toys, costumes and more. All their pretty doilies & napkins are clean, pressed and packed individually or in sets with card backing & in clear plastic wrapping. The day I popped in, all their scarves were half price. Definitely worth looking here if you like finding a bargain & supporting cancer research at the same time!
