The Fox Cafe has really picked up thier game since my last review 2 years ago. They've introduced a more modern menu that would appeal to the younger brunch crowd and have revamped the decor with warm lighting and a more cozy atmosphere. I ordered the Euro Brekky - it was decently priced and was a great. Their new menu looks good so I'll have to come back to try their lunch too!
We've eaten here twice since discovering this cafe about a month ago and will probably continue to visit when we're in the area. Nice atmosphere and helpful staff make this a pleasant place to have a relaxing lunch. It has a very local feel, located on a vary small strip of shops. We've only had the lunch specials (chicken or beef burger with fries for $12) and we were super impressed by the size of the burgers - they didn't skimp on the finer details like onion relish and aioli. I'm keen to come back and try other items on the menu but can see they are on dearer side.
Never going back, rude staff and management. Customer service needs improving.
Try respecting their place of business and treating them with some respect in their place of business and only then you will get 200% service.
The first mistake this place made was respecting the customer in the first instance. I'm sure the place would do well but have maintained not going back and enjoyed other cafes the suburb has to offer
The funny thing is the owner Jonthon has posed as a customer and given himself a 5 star review. He argues with staff, customers and everyone that comes his way. Avoid like the plague!!
