We would just like to say thank you to Sean from Good Guys Robina who did a fantastic job when we bought our TV yesterday. Sean was very friendly helpful not a pushy salesperson and never made us feel as though we were pressured to purchase. In fact we visited the week before and returned a week later to purchase from him. He is a great asset to your company and it's wonderful to see a young man filled with enthusiasm knowledge and drive. We wish Sean all the best as the rest of the staff at Good Guys Robina - you are all awesome and thanks again - nellie and dave jones
We went into the Good Guys at Robina this afternoon to ask a question about our Sony Soundbar we bought a couple of months ago.
Nelson B was brilliant explaining the technical side and over the phone helped us getting the soundbar connected to our TV.

Thank you to James Rodgers from Robina Good Guys for his FANTASTIC Customer Service. My local store at Carseldine took my money online for a TV and phoned me soon after to advise that they did not have one for sale. They advised me that Robina and Harvey Bay had the TV and did not seem interested in helping any further except to sell me a different type of TV (no doubt more expensive)....James was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and as a bonus transported the TV up to a Brisbane address for me to collect, saving me driving time. Customer Service doesn't get much better than that!
