The Granary

Great Brekky

The Granary is a decent cafe in Sunshine - there isn't many around. They make a really good cuppacino and the setting is cosy and well lit. Great for browsing the Sunday paper on a lazy weekend. They have a large selection on their menu for brunch and lunch options. I found that the smashed avocado could be a tad more generous. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would recommend it for brunch if you are in the area and not hankering for Vietnamese food.

This has to be the best cafe in Sunshine, though that's not saying much since there aren't many to choose from. The food and coffee are pretty good, not fantastic but decent. The staff always seem grumpy and rushed. If the staff were nicer, I would probably give it four stars. Overall it's not bad and I'll probably keep going there whenever I'm after food or coffee in Sunshine.

I went the cafe after a long day of walking in the city, I was immediately greeted with a smiling waitress, the service was prompt,the food delicious and the coffee one of the best I had in a long while, and atmosphere was nice too. Recommended!

Awesome lunch. Staff were most attentive, even noticing we toasted my 81 year old Mum for her birthday. Later the waitress brought a muffin with a lit candle for Mum ... nice touch. The meal was great and very cheap. The outdoor area would be great in summer and I suspect jazz nights are a lot of fun. Saw the cafe was highly recommended and went because of that. Was not disappointed. Great range of meals and lovely staff.
